Policy For Guest Cancellation

Info On Tour Cancellations; We understand that there are occasions when a guest will need to cancel a tour. Please bear in mind the following policies if you need to make a cancellation:

• A 100% refund will be issued for any cancellations made up to 48 hours before the first dive date. A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the tour.
• No refund will be made for cancellations made within 1 Day of your activity taking place, you will be charged in full (or the remaining balance if only a deposit was paid). No credit will be issued.

Groups Of 10+ Pax & Private Charters

• Must cancel at least 7 Days prior or may be charged in full unless otherwise agreed by Aqua Vision.
• A 20% Cancellation fee will be charged for ANY cancellation.

Policy For AQV Cancellations

Cancellation Due To Weather: In case of adverse weather or water conditions, Aqua Vision will try to arrange either a dive tour at an alternate site, or on an alternate date. If this is not possible we will issue a full refund.

The decision to cancel any tour due to weather will be made exclusively by Aqua Vision, no refund whatsoever will be given for no shows or guests who cancel their own tour due to weather.

Fuel Fees

In order to provide continued access to the best dive sites, some tours may incur a fuel fee which is included into the price of the tour. Any percentage based discounts offered on our tours are calculated excluding the additional fuel costs.

Medical Fitness For Diving

Scuba Diving Instruction: All Scuba Diving Instruction requires a medical questionnaire to be completed. It will ask health questions such as lung problems, ear problems, high blood pressure, etc. If there are any medical issues where a "Yes" answer is given by a student diver, a doctor's note clearing diving activities will be required.

It is an individual's responsibility to be "cleared" to dive. No refunds will be given if disqualified from diving due to medical reasons after your arrival in Krabi. You can download and print out a copy of the medical statement: Diver_Medical_Statement.pdf »
