The PADI DSD Program lets you experience the thrill of diving under the supervision of a PADI Professional in safe and simple dive conditions, so if you don't have enough time in Krabi to take a full dive course, the DSD Experience maybe for you!
During your adventure, you'll master some basic concepts and scuba skills and then be able to see at first hand the stunning underwater life that Krabi has to offer when you head off for your open water adventure.
Can Anyone Try A Dive? Anyone who is in reasonably good physical shape can take part in the PADI Discover Scuba Diving program, but you do need to be old enough..
- 8 years old to dive in the pool.
- 10 years or over to take part in ocean dives.
After a brief introduction to the principles of scuba diving and trying out a few simple safety skills in the pool on Day One, you head off with Aqua Vision's dive boat on Day Two, to take part in two Ocean Scuba Dives!
As soon as you Discover Scuba Diving, you're on your way to an internationally recognized certification. The skills you learn during your Discover Scuba Diving adventure can be used in a PADI Diver course. If you and your instructor decide to practice these skills, they can be credited toward the PADI Scuba or Open Water Dive courses.

Thailand is still a very cost effective place to learn to dive, with food and accommodation available at knock down prices, and with our two tier pricing plan you can choose whether you want to go for a no frills basic course or pay a little extra for a private instructor and a course tailored to your personal needs.
