Info On Tour Cancellations; We understand that there are occasions when a guest will need to cancel a tour. Please bear in mind the following policies if you need to make a cancellation;
Cancellation Due To Weather: In case of adverse weather or water conditions, Aqua Vision will try to arrange either a dive tour at an alternate site, or on an alternate date. If this is not possible we will issue a full refund.
The decision to rearrange or cancel any tour due to weather conditions will be made exclusively by Aqua Vision, no refund whatsoever will be given for no shows or guests who cancel their own tour due to weather.
Though there are seasons that are drier than others, it is impossible for us to predict or be held liable for poor conditions. If you choose to cancel a tour, hotel or transfer, you assume full liability to do so and should understand that no refund will be given by us or the operator. This is what travel insurance is for, and it is your responsibility to make sure that you have adequate coverage for cancellations..
Scuba Diving Instruction: All Scuba Diving Instruction requires a medical questionnaire to be completed. It will ask health questions such as lung problems, ear problems, high blood pressure, etc. If there are any medical issues where a "Yes" answer is given by a student diver, a doctor's note clearing diving activities will be required.

In order to provide continued access to the best dive sites, some tours may incur a fuel fee which is included into the price of the tour. Any percentage based discounts offered on our tours are calculated excluding the additional fuel costs.
Fees paid to PADI for online eLearning courses are non-refundable, these fees are paid directly to PADI at the time of booking so are not covered by Aqua Vision's refund policy.
Once you confirm your trip and make a payment to us we block the spaces for you and reject any requests for thse spaces from all other guests, we also make payment to the individual transportation providers to pre-pay and absolutely guarantee your reservations.
Most people plan well in advance for international travel so if you change your plans less than 2 weeks before your arrival it's likely that the room you decide you don't need or the tour you're too tired to take will go unused.
Additionally there are non-recoverable costs for the time spent planning and booking your reservations, bank and credit card transfer fees, documentation and confirmations.
